Exercise Prescription
Your exercise prescription is based on a number of things. if you've had a physical exam, as well as a treadmill test, or filled out a health background questionnaire, the information from these is referenced. Medical health, current fitness level, body weight/body composition, and other related data is used to prescribe the training heart rate, duration, frequency and total weekly kilocalories expenditure. The exercise prescription maximizes the benefits in as short a period of time as possible, while minimizing health risks.
