Athletic Programs

The athletes of today are bigger, stronger, and quicker than ever before and the level of competition has also increased.

Additionally, athletes of all ages now have access to better equipment and training programs compared to only a few years ago. However, the one constant component that makes the difference between a good athlete and a great athlete is speed.

The Acceleration Program is a scientifically designed program to develop the athletes speed to his or her maximum potential in a sport specific program. Athletes who have gone through the program have recorded an average speed improvement of two tenths of a second in their 40-yard dash time.

For an athlete in competition this extra speed can make the difference between success and failure or winning and losing.
