Proven Training Protocols

Here at WISM we deliver on-feild success through scientifically based performance training protocols that are proven to help athletes learn to move better, get faster, stronger and more explosive in the best training conditions possible for their sport. The training tools and programs are designed to take athletes just beyond their ground based training limitations in order to allow the brain to learn how to send stronger, more precise signals to the muscles known as neuromuscular training.

Our program is one of a kind. It holds 6 patents and over 4,000 pages of proprietary speed and skill specific training protocols that have been developed to meet the demands of every sport and athlete. Training with us will create a fast, stronger, more explosive athlete.

The standard training protocol ideally consists of a 6-10 week period with workouts 2-4 days a week.
