An individual strength training program is developed for
each athlete based upon initial testing, his/her goals, levels of current
conditioning, strength, endurance, and biomechanical characteristics. This
program is individualized for each athlete. Specific programs are set up for all
athletes. Even young athletes are set up with an appropriate program which
emphasizes form, range of motion, and lighter weights with higher repititions.
Strength training equipment consists of eighteen pieces of
the newest and most biomechanically / isokinetically correct resistance
equipment available. The Frappier Acceleration strength equipment consists of
the plyopress, multi-hip and pro implosion units. The Frappier line emphasizes
speed and power, along with strength.
