This program is individualized for each athlete. Specific programs are set up for all athletes. Even young athletes are set up with an appropriate program which emphasizes form, range of motion, and lighter weights with higher repititions. </font></p> <p><font face="Arial">Strength training equipment consists of eighteen pieces of the newest and most biomechanically / isokinetically correct resistance equipment available. The Frappier Acceleration strength equipment consists of the plyopress, multi-hip and pro implosion units.
